The terms of reference for the Registration AppealsCommittee are as follows:
- To consider Appeals from applicants to the Register
who have been informed that they are not eligible
to be registered as they do not meet with the
requirements of the Board for registration under
the Nurses Rules, 1988. - To determine outcomes of appeals in accordance
with Board policy.
