Nurses and Midwives Act, 2011 signed into legislation: 2/3/2012 - An Bord Altranais is pleased to advise that the Nurses and Midwives Act, 2011, was signed into legislation on 21st December, 2011.
Student Nurse and Midwife Payment: 2/1/2012 - The Department of Health has reviewed the decision to phase out the payment for the mandatory 36 week rostered clinical placement that occurs in the fourth year of the pre-registration nurse and midwife education programme.
