Programme Level and Academic Award

The National Qualifications Authority of Ireland (NQAI) has placed the pre-registration degree programmes in nursing/midwifery at Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree (NQAI, 2004).

The academic award is Bachelor of Science (BSc).
